Hi. None of us on this site use black hat SEO. Black hat can get you banned quickly from some of the search engines. The techniques may work for a while but after a month or two they will be discovered and can get your site on a blacklist.

Hello Tony,
Sorry to hear that your Master Card issuer is not trying to be helpful. You can demand a chargeback. It is your right. There is a form that you have to fill out either online or in person, and some will allow you to do it over the phone. This is your right and they have to help you by law. If the person that you are dealing with is not helpful then demand to speak with someone higher up the managerial ladder, until you get someone that is helpful. Whatever you do do not give up. Harass them until you get the charges reversed.

You can initiate a chargeback against the company by filing a fraud report with your credit card company or bank. To do this you will need the Federal Regulation E form. Your bank can provide you with this form.

Also write down every attempt that you have made in contacting these thieves and always refer to them as criminals and thieves, because that is what they are.

They claim to have emailed you and did not. This is a common tactic by these scam artists, and it is further proof that they are fraudulent. These tactics and the way that they try to conceal the additional costs within their Terms and Conditions are very much proof that your bank should have already initiated a chargeback.

So, you must continue with your efforts to get a chargeback. Some bank personnel are just too lazy and do not want to be bothered with the added work involved in reversing charges. It is your right, and it is your money, not theirs.

I hope that this helps. Keep after the bank until they issue a chargeback.

They charged me USD3.97 and I was not aware if I had to cancel within 7 days. So they charged me USD91.32. I called BMO Master Card and they cannot help at all. I had to ask the refund from the merchand directly. On your statement, the charge will appear something like this:

USD91.32@1.101465MYCLEANPROF8662685431 8

They insisted that they sent an email confirmation. I kept telling them that we never received it. They just do not want to refund. BEWARE !!!! Even BMO is not helping the customer.

@Robert,
You are so right. The problem is a multi-headed, multi-faceted snake, complete with vultures and criminals, powered by the American dream of success and succeeding.
The problem is that these scams and scammers have been started and going on since the beginning of media.
It is only within the last few years that more complaints have been made, and more people are coming forth, but the laws have not changed.
The sad truth is that they pay small fines and go on with the scams. They change the names, but not the scams, and rob innocent victims.
The FTC, is a government body, that is in place to protect the citizens of the US from these types of criminals, and tries to. But they are as handicapped as everyone else.
They know that the fines are inconsequential and have no real meaning, but they are bound by the laws that govern them, so the scammers continue to thrive and steal from anyone who is willing to listen.
Do not only blame America. The entire world is involved in these types of scams. Every society that I know, are, or have, contributed to the scamming of the their own and anyone that is willing to listen to them.
The most important element is that these are lessons, maybe hard lessons, but lessons, and we all need to take them to heart and take anything positive from them that we can find.
Take the scammers agenda and move on. Take the lesson that they taught you and make a difference in the world. Shout it out, or speak of it subliminally, so that others can discover the truth before they too, are ripped off.
You have an opportunity, just by speaking out and creating this message that you have shared with us today. You can grow this into more, and eventually maybe even make a living from it.
That may sound absurd, but it is not at all.
You want to learn how to make a living online and avoid all of the BS, and scams.
That is what many of us want and desire, and there are some good teachers available. There are many free resources. What there is not is a magic button or magic system that will give you wealth overnight with little or no work.
Trust is a huge factor in any endeavor, and that is the principle that everyone needs to keep within their sight, and in their character.

OK I admit being unemployed and hounded by creditors weakened my good sense.I have learned
that the scam still exists;it seems America
lacks the will to stand for what is right by shutting the scam down.

It's amazing how easily these scams grab your credit card number and then how easily they can get away with using it again and again. It's ridiculous. Thanks for the heads up.
