Simple Instructions On How To Install WordPress
Blogging is very popular, and every day thousands of new blogs are created. Some bloggers use services like Blogger.com, or WordPress, and of course there are many other services available. Probably the best PHP script for blogging is WordPress, and I shall try to give very simplistic instructions on how to install the script.
You must make sure that your web host offers PHP support and MySQL database, and contact your web hosting provider if you are unsure about what they provide, also check if they already have WordPress installer software in the Control Panel (c-panel).
• Download the WordPress script Zip file from the WordPress.org website.
• Save the Zip file, and using WinZip, 7-Zip, or some other free software unpack these files to your computer desk top.
• Then open the wp-config-sample.php with your favorite text editor (Notepad will work).
• First, rename the wp-config-sample.php file to wp-config.php.
• Next edit the name of the MySQL database (create a new one using your web hosting c-panel), your database username, password and MySQL database server (usually localhost).
• Upload all files to your web host. Point your browser to /wp-admin/install.php and follow the instructions. During the installation process an admin password will be generated. Keep all passwords in a text file or Excel spreadsheet.
• The easiest way to install this PHP script is to sign up with a web hosting service which offers pre-installed PHP scripts. Then you can go to your c-panel, find the section with pre-installed scripts and select WordPress. The installer software program will do the entire installation for you.
• With the script successfully installed point your browser to wp-login.php file, in your WordPress folder, sign in with the username, and password that you recorded earlier. You can change your password any time.
The look of your blog is very important. For this reason WordPress offers the option to change the theme.
• First look at the many different ones that they offer and choose a WordPress theme you like. Or you can also type WordPress themes in Google or Yahoo Search. You will find many websites with alternative free or inexpensive WordPress themes.
• Upload the theme files to wp-content/themes/, using a free FTP program that you can download from an Internet Search. There are several good ones available. KompoZer is an excellent one. It is also a WebPage editor. You can select your new theme in the Presentation section and activate it. Now your blog will have its new theme.

Вообще да, мне это напоминает ситуацию с выборами призидента Украины. Выборы прошли, а не факт, кто призедентом будет. Да, блин, демократия. Хех, простите за флуд небольшой, навеяло просто.
Я не уверен, что выборы в Украине приходится это с установкой блога WordPress. Пожалуйста, попытайтесь объяснить, что ясно.
